Last week marked the 3rd bill that my team & I have successfully gotten passed in the House.
I’ve been principled and faithful to my conservative principles and remained effective in my legislative efforts.
Throughout my first term, I’ve consistently fought to crush the status quo—regardless of which side perpetuates it—that has steamrolled the voices of the American people for too long.
I intend to continue that approach in the future.

Thankful President Trump is safe once again.
About now would be a good time for folks to stop calling anything they don’t agree with a “threat to democracy.”
It’s appalling that there was a second assassination attempt before there was any real change or accountability in response to the first one.

The Harris-Biden Admin is attempting to sell out our sovereignty to unelected globalists.
The IHR Treaty would essentially allow the UN and WHO to take control wherever they want to.
The House and Senate must reject, push back, and fully halt this unconstitutional power grab.

The Harris-Biden Admin ordered the SBA to use taxpayer-funded resources to register Dem voters.
Administrator Guzman claims to be nonpartisan, yet she went on 48 trips for Democrats and only 9 for Republicans.
The SBA should help small businesses, not sway the election.

I’ve said this time & time again, but it bears repeating: it only took 19 depraved individuals to carry out the horrific attacks on 9/11.
Since Kamala was installed as Border Czar, close to 400 members of the terror watchlist have attempted to infiltrate the US.
What has to happen for this administration and this chamber to say “Enough, we’ll finally take who we’re letting into this country seriously.”?

Ron Rowe and the USSS need to figure this out immediately.
Quit playing dangerous games by worrying about politics and titles.
Look at who has the most threats against them and assign every asset possible.
No one should get anywhere near our candidates with weaponry.

My advice to President Trump is to bolster your private security.
Not only to fill gaps that USSS continues to leave open, but also to watch the watchers.
Now that there have been multiple attempts on President Trump's life, we have to consider every possibility.
Thanks to Benny Johnson for having me on.

International organizations, such as the UN and WHO, want authority, global governance, and will do whatever they can to achieve their goals.
The IHR Treaty would erode American sovereignty by giving unelected bureaucrats broad control over numerous crises.
We must reject this attack on our rights, and I appreciate Tony Perkins for exposing this.

- Cosigned Follow-Up Letter to DOJ on Non-Citizen Voter Registration: Congressman Crane joined Rep. Biggs (R-AZ) in writing a follow-up letter to Attorney General Garland regarding the lack of prosecutions taking place against non-citizens that have registered to vote and/or voted in federal elections. As you may know, in July, the Congressman sent a letter to the DOJ, to which the department has yet to respond. The follow-up letter highlights the recent revelations from states like Texasand Virginia that reported that non-citizens were found on their voter rolls. By signing on, the Congressman continues to prevent the Biden-Harris Administration from stealing the 2024 Presidential Election.
- Cosponsored the No More Taxpayer Cash for the Taliban Act: Congressman Crane cosponsored Rep. Brecheen’s bill the No More Taxpayer Cash for the Taliban Act. This legislation would prevent federal agencies from using taxpayer funds for direct cash assistance in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. Additionally, it prohibits Federal Reserve Banks from selling U.S. currency to the United Nations for this purpose. According to the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) report in July 2024, the Taliban has benefited from $2.6 billion in U.S. taxpayer dollars sent into Afghanistan since August 2021 under the guise of humanitarian aid. There are serious concerns about the lack of oversight over these funds, which directly support the Taliban and contribute to their military capabilities, further solidifying their governance in Afghanistan. Supporting this bill, Congressman Crane aims to protect American taxpayer dollars and ensure they are not used to empower a regime that undermines U.S. National Security.
- Cosponsored Legislation Supporting Medicaid Work Requirements: Congressman Crane joined Rep. Rosendale (R-MT) in cosponsoring legislation that would allow states to impose work requirements on able-bodied adults enrolled in Medicaid. The bill grants broad authority to each state to define work requirements and how to apply them, while protecting Medicaid for the truly needy. Work requirements have a proven track record of moving individuals from welfare to work and breaking the cycle of dependency. Under current law and unlike most other welfare programs, the Medicaid program has no mandated work requirement. By cosponsoring, the Congressman supports the return to Trump-era approvals for states to implement work requirements.

- H.R. 9106 – Enhanced Presidential Security Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which requires the same standard of protection from U.S. Secret Service for Presidents, Vice Presidents, and major Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates. As you may know, On Saturday, July 13, 2024, at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, there was an assassination attempt against President Donald J. Trump. In addition to President Trump, there were 3 victims of the assassination attempt. On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, there was a second assassination attempt against President Donald J. Trump. A Secret Service agent spotted a man aiming a rifle through the fence at President Trump. The agent opened fire, and the suspect fled the scene but was apprehended shortly thereafter. The suspect now faces federal charges. Current law authorizes the United States Secret Service to provide protection to the current and former President, Vice President, their families, major presidential and vice-presidential candidates, foreign heads of state visiting the United States, and events designated as a National Special Security Events by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. The highest level of security is given to the President, Vice President, and former presidents—in that order. By voting in favor, the Congressman shows his support for President Trump and shows the American people that the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was an attack on the country’s fundamental electoral system.
- H.R. 5717 – No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which holds sanctuary cities accountable for exacerbating the Biden-Harris Border Crisis and flouting federal immigration law by prohibiting the use of taxpayer dollars to fund housing, healthcare, and other benefits for illegal immigrants in such municipalities. As you may know, despite federal law explicitly prohibiting any restriction on communication between state or local entities and federal immigration authorities relating to an individual’s immigration status, many Democrat-led jurisdictions like New York and California refuse to cooperate and enforce federal immigration law. Sanctuary policies incentivize illegal immigration, which has already hit historic levels thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration’s open borders policies, by promising free taxpayer funded benefits. Woke mayors and governors are prioritizing illegal immigrants at the expense of residents, who are facing overburdened schools, hospitals, and other social services. They are also endangering the safety of both community members and the law enforcement officers who protect them by permitting criminal aliens to roam freely. By voting in favor, the Congressman ensures American taxpayers do not foot the bill for Democrat’s radical immigration policies by prohibiting sanctuary cities from receiving federal funding intended to be used for the benefit of illegal immigrants, including for the provision of food, shelter, healthcare services, legal services, and transportation.
- H.R. 7909 – Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which protects American communities and cracks down on crime due to the Biden-Harris Administration’s open borders policies by creating new grounds of inadmissibility and removability and expanding current grounds for aliens who commit sex offenses and domestic violence offenses. As you may know, more than 5.6 million illegal aliens have been released into the U.S. and another 1.9 million illegal alien “gotaways” have escaped into the country under the Biden-Harris Administration. As a result of this administration’s refusal to enforce our immigration laws, every community across the country is dealing with real-world consequences of the border crisis, including a surge in criminal illegal aliens. The Biden-Harris Administration is removing far-fewer criminal aliens than the Trump Administration. For example, in Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23), Immigration and Customs Enforcement removed 41% fewer aliens with criminal convictions and criminal charges than in FY20 and nearly 60% fewer than in FY19. By voting in favor, the Congressman will make our streets safer in the face of President Biden and “Border Czar” Harris’ immigration failures.
- H.R. 4790 – Prioritizing Economic Growth Over Woke Policies Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which curbs the Biden-Harris Administration’s efforts to politicize our financial system through regulatory efforts that support partisan activists in their push for radical environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives on job creators and the American people. As you may know, to appease progressive activists and jam through their radical, far-Left climate and social priorities, Biden-Harris regulators have:
- Overhauled the public company shareholder proxy process;
- Adopted rules and guidance that exceed their statutory authority;
- Redefined the “materiality standard,” which guides Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure standards; and
- Ceded authority over American financial regulation to global governance bodies.
These regulatory mandates will increase costs and burdens for American public companies, create obstacles for American public companies to compete effectively on a global scale, and harm job creators, workers, and everyday investors. By voting in favor, the Congressman counters the ESG movement and aims to strengthen our financial system.
- H.R. 3724 – End Woke Higher Education Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which upholds Americans’ constitutional rights and restores a diversity of viewpoints at institutions of higher education to ensure students are educated, not indoctrinated. As you may know, postsecondary education should set students up for future success but campus activists, woke faculty, and partisan administrators continue to push radical ideologies and punish students who think for themselves, ultimately undermining the value of a college education. Rather than holding higher education institutions to high standards of excellence, some accreditors are requiring institutions to push one-sided ideological agendas, including incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. By voting in favor, the Congressman ensures that an accreditor cannot require, encourage, or coerce an institution to violate any right protected by the Constitution.
- H.R. 5179 – Anti-BDS Labeling Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which reaffirms House Republicans’ longstanding commitment to Israel and pushes back on the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement by codifying and prohibiting federal funds from being used to rescind or alter the Trump Administration’s “Country of Origin Marking of Products from the West Bank and Gaza” (85 Fed. Reg. 83984) notice. As you may know, under President Trump, the State Department issued guidance requiring that products made in Israeli-controlled areas of the West Bank be marked as originating from “Israel” and that products made in Gaza or Palestinian-controlled areas of the West Bank be labeled as either made in “Gaza” or the “West Bank.” According to reports, the Biden-Harris Administration considered at least partially reversing these labeling rules. By voting in favor, the Congressman ensures Americans have clarity when buying products to support Israel’s economy.
- H.R. 5339 – Protecting Americans’ Investments from Woke Policies Act: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which protects the retirement savings of American workers, retirees, and their families by ensuring financial institutions focus on maximizing returns in retirement plans, rather than on the Biden-Harris Administration’s radical environmental, social, and governance (ESG) agenda. As you may know, the Trump Administration issued a rule clarifying that managers of retirement funds could not engage in ESG investment if it would have a negative impact on retiree’s savings or expose them to additional risk. Unfortunately, in December 2022, the Biden-Harris Administration rescinded this guidance and issued a new rule enabling and encouraging retirement plan fiduciaries to consider or choose investments based on ESG factors. ESG funds are notoriously higher-risk and provide lower returns on investments. Allowing activist investors to funnel Americans’ retirement savings into woke, left-wing causes puts retirees and their families’ futures at risk. The Biden-Harris Administration should not promote their radical agenda at the expense of American workers. By voting in favor, the Congressman places the priority on retirees, not Democrats’ woke political agenda.
- H.J.Res. 136 – CRA Disapproval of EPA Light-Duty Vehicle Standards: The Congressman SUPPORTED this legislation, which protects Americans from the administration’s radical environmental mandates by repealing the EPA’S unreasonable vehicle emissions rule that threatens consumer choice and grows our reliance on supply chains controlled by foreign adversaries like the Chinese Communist Party. As you may know, in April 2024, the Biden-Harris EPA issued a final rule establishing new emissions regulations for cars and light trucks starting with model year 2027. By EPA’s own estimation, these standards would effectively require at least two-thirds of all new cars to be electric by 2032. Electric vehicles (EV) can cost as much as $17,000 more than comparable gas-powered cars and are impractical for many Americans, particularly those living in rural areas that lack charging infrastructure. Gas-powered vehicles have higher ranges and greater towing capacity than EVs and are not as susceptible to severe weather conditions. A recent study found that nearly half of EV drivers want to return to traditional internal combustion vehicles. By voting in favor, the Congressman nullifies EPA’s de facto EV mandate, preserving consumer choice in the automobile industry.
|
- H.R. 9494 – Continuing Appropriations and Other Matters Act, 2025: The Congressman OPPOSED this legislation, which would continue government funding at current levels through March 28, 2025. As you may know, conservatives have rightly demanded that individual appropriations bills be considered under regular order with common sense spending reductions to reduce government waste – a sound first step towards addressing our unsustainable debt and putting downward pressure on inflation. By voting in opposition, the Congressman continues to press his colleagues that the national debt is a national security crisis, and that Congress cannot continue funding the Biden-Harris regime’s pet projects.

Crane: Principled and effective representation for rural Arizona Pinal Central
Key Excerpts:
Last week marked the third bill that my team and I have successfully gotten across the finish line and passed in the House of Representatives.
The bipartisan bill, the Subterranean Border Defense Act, would help ensure that Congress has the necessary data to forge another much-needed layer of security at our southern border.
As I’m sure everyone in Arizona is aware, our border security has been effectively dismantled under the Harris-Biden regime, with their reversal of President Trump’s successful border policies.
What many people might be unaware of is the covert methods utilized by Transnational Criminal Organizations to smuggle deadly drugs and people into the United States. As these criminal enterprises grow in size and sophistication, their use of illicit cross-border tunnels along the southwest border is becoming a significant threat to our national security.
Since 1990, officials have discovered nearly 150 underground tunnels that have breached the U.S. border, with a whopping 80% increase in tunnel activity occurring since 2008.
The Subterranean Border Defense Act, which I introduced alongside Congressman Lou Correa, a Democrat from California, would help Congress address this growing threat by requiring the submission of annual reports on counter tunneling operations, fortifying our security system at the border.
Currently, Customs and Border Protection has only been required to submit one report to Congress on a strategic plan to counter the tunneling operations.
This one report has mobilized Congress to exercise much-needed oversight while empowering CBP to adopt successful strategies to counteract illegal tunnels under our border.
The Subterranean Border Defense Act would expand on this success by mandating a report every year going forward to make sure Congress has sufficient knowledge and oversight to combat this dynamic threat.
This bill, as with my first two successfully passed pieces of legislation, are reflective of my priorities up in Washington — namely, looking out for our nation’s heroes, getting the federal government out of the way of our district’s tribal citizens so they access their own resources, and securing our southern border. It’s sadly a challenge to find bipartisan ground in fighting for these objectives up in Washington, but I’ve been committed to forging a new, effective path. That’s why all three of my bills that have passed the House have done so with bipartisan support. In April of this year, the Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat Act, the first bill I introduced when I got to Congress, passed the House without opposition. This piece of legislation would enable Gila County to operate a veterans’ center on 232 acres in Young, making the center the first of its kind in northern Arizona, providing resources and support to primarily rural veterans and their families. It’s a big win anytime Congress votes in favor of legislation that returns power to the states. In a similar vein, it’s also an achievement when we can help people overcome bureaucratic obstacles created by the federal government. That’s why I co-introduced the Native American Entrepreneurial Opportunity Act — another bipartisan bill, which I introduced alongside Rep. Sharice Davids, D-Kan. While tribal entrepreneurs should have the ability to access the Small Business Administration’s programs just like anyone else, these communities don’t currently experience adequate access or outreach. It’s essential that they receive specialized expertise to assist them in navigating the unique complexities of running a business on a reservation. This bill would help ensure they’re able to overcome these bureaucratic complexities through the establishment of the Office of Native American Affairs within the Small Business Administration by adding it to the Small Business Act. This office would formally be responsible for establishing a working relationship with Tribal communities by promoting SBA programs related to entrepreneurial development, contracting, and capital access. As the representative for over half of Arizona’s tribes, I’m pleased that the House passed our bill, which would serve tribal citizens of our district well. Taken together, these three bills illustrate the agenda I’m fighting for in Washington. I’ve been principled and faithful to my conservative principles and remained effective and practical in my legislative efforts — managing to successfully break through the gridlock and corruption in our Capitol advocate for bipartisan solutions for Arizonans. Throughout my first term, I’ve consistently fought to crush the status quo—regardless of which side perpetuates it—that has steamrolled the voices of the American people for too long. I intend to continue that approach in the future. Assassination attempts on Donald Trump fuel distrust of the government Washington Times
Key Excerpts: - White House officials aren’t backing off their rhetoric. A day after the assassination attempt Sunday, they framed Mr. Trump as “dangerous” and a “threat” to Democracy.
- At the same time, Republicans are intensifying scrutiny of the Secret Service and whether it is purposefully leaving the former president vulnerable.
- Rep. Elijah Crane, Arizona Republican, said Mr. Trump should increase his use of private bodyguards rather than rely on government agents to protect him.
- “The United States Secret Service is not making wise security decisions, and President Trumpshould bolster his private security to fill these gaps,” Mr. Crane posted on X.
- In an online interview with “The Benny Show,” Mr. Crane suggested that the Secret Service had an anti-Trump mole on his protective team or higher up in the agency. He said Mr. Trump needed private security to fill the Secret Service gaps and “to watch the watchers.”
Rep. Eli Crane says Secret Service seems to provide security only based on titles, not threats Just The News
Key Excerpts: - Congressman Eli Crane, R-Ariz., said that a problem within the Secret Service is that they seem to be providing security based only on an individual's title and not on threats they receive.
- "I think one of the problems with the security within the Secret Service is that they're providing security based on people's titles and not based on the threats that the individuals under their umbrella of protection have towards them," Crane said on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
- Over the weekend there was a second assassination attempt against Trump while he was at his course in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- The first was in July during a rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania.
- "It's clear as day to anybody that nobody has more threats to them than Donald Trump," Crane said. "So, [Secret Service] Director Rowe, you cannot keep hiding behind the fact that he's not the acting president. He has more threats against him, clearly, than anybody in the country right now."
- "I would advise the President of the United States to beef up his private security detail that ... I believe he has so that he can have watchers that are loyal to him watching the watchers, in case they are leaking stuff," Crane said.
Trump assassination plots expose FBI, Secret Service vulnerabilities and failures Just The News
Key Excerpts: - The back-to-back assassination attempts against the 45th president and current GOP nominee have exposed glaring failures and vulnerabilities inside several federal law enforcement agencies and prompted painful questions about whether the FBI and Secret Service are too lax when it comes to proactive security.
- A former Navy SEAL turned congressman told Just the News that the country was lucky that the first two assassination attempts involved amateurish tactics and warned that a real professional assassin likely would have succeeded.
- "The problem with that is is we're sending a signal to the rest of the world and even individuals within our own country who hate President Trump, that these guys, without any training and experience, are getting very close," Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., told the John Solomon Reportspodcast.
- "And that's a very dangerous precedent and a very dangerous signal that we are sending to the enemies of President Trump," Crane said.
- The assassination attempt Sunday in Florida stunned security experts because the Secret Service had not swept or locked down the golf course with a security perimeter, and did not have cameras or drones to detect Ryan Routh even as the alleged assassin lingered for 12 long hours looking for a shot.
FLASHBACK: Bongino After The First Assassination Attempt: 'If You Think This is the Last Incident, You’re Out of Your Mind' Hannity.com
Key Excerpts: - While speaking at a forum on the July 13 assassination attempt on Donald Trump, podcaster and former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino predicted there would be another attempt on Trump’s life.
- “Is the Secret Service in a better spot today with Director Rowe in charge?” Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) asked Bongino.
- “No, it’s worse,” Bongino replied. He predicted that “something else” will happen, although he added, “I pray to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ that I’m wrong.”
- “[if] you think this is the last incident, you’re out of your mind,” he said.
- “Kim Cheatle, the director, wasn’t even fired. She was allowed to resign,” Bongino noted. “She’ll go get some cushy job somewhere, and her deputy” got promoted.
UN Move Would 'Sell Our Sovereignty to Globalists,' GOP Lawmakers Warn The Daily Signal
Key Excerpts: - House Republicans are standing up to what they call a push by the United Nations and its World Health Organization to extinguish U.S. sovereignty and free speech.
- Reps. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., and Bob Good, R-Va., led a press conference with fellow GOP congressmen on the first day of Constitution Week to oppose ongoing initiatives of the U.N. and the WHO, one of its component organizations.
- Good said the Biden-Harris administration wants America to be subordinated to and governed by the U.N. World Health Assembly and the World Health Organization.
- This weekend, the United Nations will host a conference called “Summit of the Future” to discuss three proposed international agreements: the Pact for the Future, the Declaration on Future Generations, and the Global Digital Compact.
- The Pact for the Future includes an “emergency platform” that would give Guterres the power as U.N. chief to address what the agreement calls “global shocks.”
- These global shocks, the agreement says, include large-scale climatic or environmental events that cause major socioeconomic disruptions and/or environment degradation; future pandemics with cascading secondary impacts; high-impact events involving a biological agent (deliberate or accidental); events leading to disruptions to global flows of goods, people or finance; large-scale destructive and/or disruptive activity in cyberspace or disruptions to global digital connectivity; a major event in outer space that causes severe disruptions to one or several critical systems on Earth; [and] unforeseen risks (‘black swan’ events).
- “That’s enough examples and enough reasons for them to get involved pretty much whenever and wherever they want to,” Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., told reporters Tuesday.
- “I hope that this body and the Senate continues to reject, push back, and stop this agreement and this push by this administration to sell our sovereignty to globalists,” Crane said.
- The U.N.’s Declaration on Future Generations advocates a future free of inequality. The document says a prosperous future can be guaranteed “by eliminating the intergenerational transmission of poverty and hunger, inequality and injustice.”
- The Global Digital Compact declares the U.N.’s power to regulate technology, use AI to advance “social justice,” stop misinformation and disinformation, and create standards to which everyone must adhere.
- According to its Common Agenda document, the U.N. will introduce “accountability criteria for discrimination and misleading content” and promote “regulation of artificial intelligence,” or AI.
